TCF Fall Adventure Series at Cycle Life Studio

The Cycling Formula and Cycle Life Studio are proud to announce the Fall Adventure Series to begin on Tuesday, September 19th. This series combines both specific indoor training workouts geared towards Cyclocross and Off-Road/Gravel riding as well as outdoor rides allowing for riders to hone their skills on the trails. The goal of the series is to not simply be a Cyclocross practice (although we will work on many skills on the Thursday rides) but also a way for riders with Mountain bikes, Gravel bikes and CX bikes to enjoy a group style ride on terrain they would not normally go on.

So here's how it will work.

  • A series pass for $195 gets you 6 weeks of training, which includes 12 sessions. (2 sessions per week, Tues and Thurs from 6-7:30pm) (Purchase HERE)
  • Individual session passes can be purcahsed for $20 per. (Purchase HERE)
  • Additionally, all current Cycle Life Studio go'ers may purchase the package or individual sessions directly though Cycle Life Studio.
  • Tuesday sessions will be led by Cycle Life's, Mike Moraites, who has specially designed computrainer workouts for Adventure, Gravel/Off-road and Cyclocross styled riding. These sessions will be between 60-75 minutes.
  • Thursday sessions will be led by Cycling Formula's, Matt Curbeau who will be taking riders out of the studio and onto the trails. Rides will be based on off-road, trail riding that leaves right from Cycle Life. These rides will be group style in nature and allow for riders to hone their skills. Lights will be needed as the Fall rolls along and the days get shorter.
  • In case of inclimate Fall weather, Thursday rides will have the option of using the studio...so rest assure that you will get a workout one way or another!
